Terms of Service – GroomingPro

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GroomingPro, operated by PT CMS PRO INDONESIA, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

By accessing or using GroomingPro, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

GroomingPro is a technology platform that facilitates reservations and payment processing between Customers and Merchants (grooming and related service providers).

GroomingPro does not provide grooming services and is not responsible for the execution, quality, or outcome of services performed by Merchants.

3. User Accounts

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of their account and OTP access
• Be responsible for all activities under their account

GroomingPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment
• Availability is determined solely by the Merchant
• Customers are expected to arrive on time

Failure to attend a scheduled reservation may result in forfeiture of payment.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
• All payments are collected by GroomingPro and held temporarily before settlement to Merchants
• A reservation is valid only after payment is successfully completed
• Expired or failed payments will result in automatic cancellation

6. Fees

GroomingPro may charge service or platform fees as displayed within the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Make fraudulent or abusive reservations
• Attempt to bypass the platform's payment system
• Use the platform for unlawful activities

8. Limitation of Liability

GroomingPro is not liable for:

• The quality or outcome of services provided by Merchants
• Any losses arising from service dissatisfaction
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Suspension and Termination

GroomingPro may suspend or terminate user access:

• For violations of these Terms
• For suspected fraud or abuse

10. Changes to Terms

GroomingPro may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
